TO BLOG OR NOT TO BLOG

…that is no longer the question!

For those of you who know me, you probably are aware that I have attempted to create an ongoing communication with you through blogging several times over the last year. My futile attempts last one or two entries and then just disappeared into “blog” limbo.

With this first entry into our brand new blog site I will be committed to helping you create your lifestyle. Within this blog we will explore a variety of ways we can work together to make your living space here at Lake Gaston or beyond a better place. Some of the categories we’ll discuss are design, cooking, gardening, shopping, wine, local resources and community involvement.

We have successfully communicated with many of you through our e-newsletter, The Best of Lake Living. Each month, as we select material to publish, there is always so much we want to share. This blog will become an extension of our newsletter so that we have an opportunity to “tell you the rest of the story”.

All of us at MSLL will be contributing to this blog. Autumn is so excited about sharing some of her newfound knowledge as she becomes more and more skilled in design. Paul wants to relate how he has adjusted to working in a “women’s world”. He will also be posting about his new endeavor in the wine industry. I just want to share all these tidbits of information I have collected over my years in design and creating my own lifestyle.

Having the opportunity to live and work at Lake Gaston is a wonderful thing. We have met individuals from all over the world who have come to visit, recreate or live on our beautiful lake. From time to time we hope to have some of these individuals act as guest bloggers to share their stories about their lifestyles. If you have an interesting story about “creating your lifestyle” we would welcome hearing from you and possibly posting your story.
